Calbourne Classics has been producing Clotted Cream Ice Cream at Three Gates Farm for over 30 years. Currently producing over 100 products including Cheesecakes, Sandwich Cakes, Yoghurts, Quiches, Scones, Flapjacks & Brownies and much more

Yoghurt

The Isle of Wight's First & Only Yoghurt. Available in a Greek Style, Low Fat & Wholemilk option this product is great as a sweet or savoury accompaniment.

Ice Cream

Available in over 12 flavours, our ice cream is an Island Experience not to be missed. Award Winning Flavours include, Honeycomb, Orange and Grand Marnier as well as Rum and Raisin, Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, Forest Fruits and Black Cherry and Kirsh. We made ice cream daily in the summer months and supply to numerous hotels, restaurants, cafes and theme parks.

An extensive range of freshly baked and blast frozen cakes are available at the farm. Favourites include, Cherry & Almond, Sunshine Fruit Cake, Victoria Sandwich, Lemon Drizzle, Sticky Ginger and Chocolate Cake.
