It’s the 30th anniversary of Calbourne Classics this year and sisters Louise Hart and Jenny Simmons have made changes to the business to encompass a new ethos of mindfulness and wellness.
Three Gates Farm is where they make their range of yummy home-made produce such as their award-winning Cherry and Almond cake, mouth-watering scones and their tasty meat pies.
Plus they have an award winning range of 16 clotted cream Calbourne Classics Icecreams and three sorbets, which are all made on a small batch system on the farm at Shalfleet from their mum Jill’s recipes.
