Our Products

	Ice Cream		Available in over 12 flavours, our ice cream is an Island Experience not to be missed.  Award Winning Flavours include, Honeycomb, Orange and Grand Marnier as well as Rum and Raisin, Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, Forest Fruits and Black Cherry and Kirsh.  We made ice cream daily in the summer months and supply to numerous hotels, restaurants, cafes and theme parks.
	Bakery Range
		Cakes	An extensive range of freshly baked and blast frozen cakes are available at the farm. Favourites include, Cherry & Almond, Sunshine Fruit Cake, Victoria Sandwich, Lemon Drizzle, Sticky Ginger and Chocolate Cake.
		Scones	Our huge fruit, cheese and plain scones are not to be missed.
		Savoury	Farmer Jack’s Pies will make an event out of any meal using locally produced meat and vegetables. Seasonal Soups and Quiches are also a popular savoury option.
		Cheesecakes	Our cheesecakes are all based on our Gold Great Taste Award winning recipe and make a perfect dinner party sweet, especially when jazzed up with your own garnish. Try our Lemon and Lime or Summer Fruits cheesecakes.
		Traybakes	Large trays of delicious cakes, including Bakewell, Chocolate Fudge, Millionaires Shortbread, Tropical Slice and Chocolate Brownie.
		Steamed Puddings	Sticky Toffee and Chocolate Sponge are part of this ‘perfect with cream or custard’ pudding range.
		Desserts	Mississippi Mud Pie, Honeycombe Roulades and much more……
		Clotted Cream	We are the Island’s only clotted cream producer. Cooked and potted in our own kitchen, you can’t beat the real thing!
		Healthy Bars	Give yourself a kick with our tasty Power Bars, full of nuts and fruit and good for you too.
