| Set in over 450 acres of unspoilt countryside, Three Gates Farm is home to over 300 Pedigree Friesian Holstein Dairy Cows. The cows are regularly inspected by RSPCA inspectors to ensure we are achieving the high standards of welfare required to display the Freedom Food logo. |
Jill and Jeff (Farm Manager) work closely to ensure the cows dietary needs are met and each and every cows has it own specific ration of food to ensure its maintaining optimum health and milk production.
The cows are monitored by both the farm staff as well as our vet on regular occasions. We are a closed herd so our risk of contracting a disease is lessened as we don’t buy animals in from other farms, we breed all our own. |
